Neighborhood Spotlight: Anthmar Park

Athmar Park (Exception to the rule/principle) Huge growth potential, specifically within a few blocks of Huston Lake. Nice parks and Mountain views over the water

As seen in previous blog posts, I spoke of the importance of foundation and extensions of prominent neighborhoods. Anthmar is the exception to the rule

there is always the exception to the rule. Here aere my thoughts on aTHMAR park, here is why

Platt Park offers an array of things to do while maintaining a calm residential feel. It is one of the unique elements of Denver neighborhoods; well maintained homes within walking distance of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques. I have lived all over the country from the Northeast, Southeast, and now in the Mountain West. Upon reflection, all of our country’s regions have their own unique vibe, but nothing tops Denver’s combination of culture, playfulness and family feel. Platt Park brings together mature tree lined streets with many young professionals and active residents who are seen biking, running, and walking to the popular Old South Pearl St. Area. These are some of the many reasons my family decided to call Platt Park home.

Sincerely,

Mayor Mike
